To improve the App, we may collect:

  • Device information (model, OS version)
  • Analytics (session length, feature usage, crash reports)

B. User-Generated Content

If you upload custom images (e.g., for characters), we store:

  • Photos (processed for gameplay only and removed after ever game is complete)
  • Metadata (file type, upload time)

C. Third-Party Services

We use:

  • Firebase (Google) – For authentication, database, and analytics. Your images and the names of your contacts will be stored on the cloud for the duration of the game and then be removed.
  • AdMob – For displaying ads 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:
✔ Provide and improve the App (matchmaking, bug fixes)
✔ Personalise your experience (characters, names)
✔ Send updates (notifications, announcements)
✔ Analyze trends (optimize gameplay, server performance)

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share information with:

  • Other players (usernames, in-game actions, uploaded images in matches)
  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support)
  • Legal authorities (if required by law or to protect rights/safety)

4. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Game Data is stored for up to 1 month after playing
  • Uploaded images are removed as soon as the game they are used in is over.
  • Aggregated analytics may be kept indefinitely for research.

We implement:

  • Encryption (data in transit via HTTPS)
  • Access controls (limited employee access to sensitive data)

  • Parents/guardians may contact us to remove a child’s data.
